When scheduling your appointment select all desired services you would like to receive. Consultations are required before any extension services are scheduled.
We allow a 15 minute grace period before your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes after you scheduled time you will be charged a $15 late fee if there is availability to perform your scheduled appointment. If time does not allow for your scheduled appointment you will need to reschedule and you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
I ask that a 24hr notice is given prior to cancelling any appointment. Any client failing to give a prior 24hr notice a balance of $25 or 50% of the service price will be due before scheduling your next appointment .
Clients that no call no show will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment before any future services are scheduled.
We ask that you do not bring any additional guest to your appointment. Only parents with minor children receiving services will be allowed to remain in the salon.
There are no refunds on payments for services received in the salon or fees acquired from cancelation or no show policies.
Now That You Are Familiar With Our Policies
If you are a new guest to Elegant Tresses Salon you will need to submit a New Client Form detailing your expectations and brief description of the condition of your hair. This form is located to your right on this page. After you have submitted your form you can schedule your appointment request located under the consult form to your right also located on this page.
The salon is conveniently located inside of Sola Salon. Due to Covid precautions are in place with sanitations and limiting the amount of traffic in the salon. We also ask that a mask is worn while in the salon when you are receiving services.
Upon entering the building you will proceed to your right and I am the 6th room on your right.
